Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $250 AUD.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping
A flat rate of $15 AUD applies to all standard shipping orders under $250 AUD.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $20 AUD Australia-wide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 
These are estimates provided by our postage company and may vary due to postal delays.

Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Feily is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.

If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible, but cannot guarantee resolution of carrier-related issues.

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate at the time of purchase.

Feily is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available for fragrance products.

Due to air transport regulations, perfumes are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped internationally through standard methods.

 


 

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • High-volume periods (e.g. holidays, sales)

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
